The membership of the legislature shall consist of one (1) elected from each hamlet of the State of Koror and five (5) to be elected at large. The term of office for the members of the Legislature of the State of Koror is four (4) years.

Married to Honora E. R. Rudimch, with two children: Yliana Kei Rudimch and Rsei Rudimch. Graduated at University of Guam with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management; served as Chairman of Committee on Tourism during the Seventh and Eighth Koror State Legislature; Vice Chairman of Committee on Ways and Means during the Eighth Legislature; and presently Chairman of Palau Visitors Authority Board of Directors serving his Second two year term.

 

The Speaker's interest has been primarily to improve preceding services; to improve the livelihood of the people of Koror through legislative actions.
